At SAPST, we create platforms for open dialogue and collaboration between parliaments, civil society, government institutions, and citizens. Our convening efforts bring diverse stakeholders together to shape policies, promote transparency, and strengthen governance at every level.
GET TO KNOW
Judith Kaulem is a development practitioner, researcher and social policy analyst with over 20 years of working experience. She is currently the Executive Director of the Poverty Reduction Forum Trust, a civil society organization in Zimbabwe, where she oversees and pushes the organization’s vision of influencing development policies so that they put people at the centre with a focus on a life of dignity for all. She has spearheaded work that advances inclusive development. Judith is passionate about enhancing impact of social change programs that address vulnerability, injustice and inequality. She has served in various advisory capacities on local, regional and international Boards including the International Council on Social Welfare, Partners for Review Network, Transparency, Accountability & Participation Network among others. A holder of a Masters degree in Adult Education with a focus on development from the University of Zimbabwe as well as several professional certifications, Judith has written several papers and presented at local, regional and international conferences on human development and poverty reduction related issues.
